 Palmer Seminary, the Seminary of Eastern University, and the West Virginia Baptist Convention have formed a unique partnership to bring Palmer Theological Seminary's Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry programs to current and aspiring pastors in the West Virginia area. This partnership enables men and women in the West Virginia region to develop or enhance their ministry skills while remaining close to home.

Brother's Keeper
 11 years ago, a need was recognized for a specific outreach ministry within Jackson County. This need was to assist a sector of the public in maintaining their homes that might not otherwise be able to do so, due to physical or financial hardships. To answer this call, the West Virginia Baptist Convention and its Parchment Valley Conference Center (PVCC), in collaboration with Community Resources, identify suitable recipients.
